Theresa has been involved in pastoral ministry for over 25 years. Her husband, Kevin Dedmon, is also on staff at Bethel Church. Herchildren, Chad and Julia, also speak and travel internationally, while her daughter, Alexa, has a ministry to children. Theresa has a degree in Psychology from Vanguard University and a minor in biblical studies. She has been working in the Arts world, since she was young and has been involved both within the visual and performing arts realm. She has currently been on staff at Bethel Church in Redding, California since 2003, where she helps oversee Bethel’s School of Supernatural Ministry in the 2nd year program. She heads up the Prophetic Arts Department at Bethel Church and for the School of Supernatural Ministry. She also releases prophetic art within the community of Redding as well, training students and people who want to touch the city through drama, song, art, and dance. 

Theresa's passion is for every person to radically encounter God’s love and presence through what they create, what they declare, and what they believe. As we encounter God through a living relationship, we begin to understand our identity, as well as our inheritance. Her desire is to see revival- the very LIFE of God- impact the hearts of people through creative expression, which transforms the world around us. Her heart is to build a Prophetic Arts Culture and Community, which brings God’s love in every creative art form back to the church, community, and world
